DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I had an awful experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I bought a car and had it delivered, trusting that everything was in good working condition as promised. Russell assured me, saying, "I've driven it, and it drives great." Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. Upon delivery, the car didn't drive well, and several things didn't work as they should. To make matters worse, the rear tires were bald. The delivery company also cracked the windshield, but they refused to take responsibility for it. I contacted Russell about the cracked windshield, and he agreed to pay for half of the repair. Annoying, but I accepted it. However, after that, Russell went completely silent. I received no further responses, messages, or assistance. In the end, I had to pay over $6,000 in repairs and an additional $1,500 for new tires—plus, the cracked windshield still hasn't been fixed. This experience has been a nightmare, and I regret trusting this dealership. I've learned my lesson: not all small-town dealerships are trustworthy. More

Although traveling, we talked to several people in Pratt and they recommended Newbury's in Kingston. I call for a tow and had the truck towed there. Newbury's was awesome and very very accommodating. I would recommend Newbury's even though they are 30 miles away. More

The rudest employees of any business I have ever been to and the service department did more damge than repairs.
