Very disturbing lack of customer service. Walked into their showroom, two employees were sitting at desks just looked up at us and looked away. After walking around looking for what we wante Walked into their showroom, two employees were sitting at desks just looked up at us and looked away. After walking around looking for what we wanted, I finally walked up to one of the sales people and stood In front of him until he finally asked "can I help you?" After asking questions about the modified can am defender in the showroom, he did show us a few others that were cheaper in price. (not sure why he assumed the first one was too much for us ) I asked him to price out the original one I picked out and I wanted to add a few options, windshield and street legal package , He did give me a small discount when I asked for a better price . So now I am about to sign and pay. He said we needed to add an additional $400 for each mirror so $800 more. I asked him, the $2700 added earlier, you said that was for the windshield and street legal package. He said that doesn't include mirrors. (The 2 street legal packages we bought before included mirrors) You have to be kidding me, I already looked past the the fact they don't have any desire to help customers, but now he's changing the price before I pay! I told him to give me a minute. I came up to him politely and said I didn't like the way he added money to it after he knew I was going to buy, so I didn't feel good about doing business with this company. His response was "you do you" and laughed, now I am walking out with my 5 year old daughter, that doesn't understand why we aren't buying the one she picked out after we told her we were buying it. As we were walking out this employee says something to the effect of "they can't afford it" . Wow. I understand product is hard to get the last few years but maybe it's wise not to chase people out that are wanting to buy your products. We are cash buyers and were ready to sign within a half hour of entering the store. Made a quick phone call to a different powersports store and they will have one for us in a few weeks. One lost sale and a one disappointed little later nobody wins. More
