We met Cesar on August 16, 2018 to test drive a 2015 Kia Optima EX...He welcomed us kindly with a joyful smile and a great sense of humor which is ref We met Cesar on August 16, 2018 to test drive a 2015 Kia Optima EX...He welcomed us kindly with a joyful smile and a great sense of humor which is refreshing when you work with a car salesman. The day before meeting him we had visited 12 other dealerships and no other sales person was as enjoyable to speak to and work with as he was... His enjoyable attitude put us at ease and we did end up purchasing the vehicle!! Thank you Cesar for enjoying what you do and letting it show!! Our family hopes you are able to have a dream vacation to Disney World one day...You desrve it 😊 Also, we met Richard Yecora, one of the dealership owners, that day. He was made aware that we needed a new satellite antenna put on our vehicle. He personally took the time to take a picture with his personal phone and told us the part would be ordered and they would cover the cost to put it on...Next week they are prepared to follow through with that commitment. Keeping your word especially with customers who are making big purchases is a big deal and they are doing what they can to do just that. More
