DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! By far, the most unethical and untruthful dealership in the state of New Mexico. We had a 'rebuild engine installed (covered by Ford's recall for 201 By far, the most unethical and untruthful dealership in the state of New Mexico. We had a 'rebuild engine installed (covered by Ford's recall for 2018 escape). But less than 5 weeks later, the starter no longer worked. interesting timing I know! They denied all responsibility, and at first they tried to say that there was evidence of rodents in the engine- problem was- we had a new battery installed the day it was towed to them. The car sat untouched for over 10 days when i was contacted by DESTINY NUANES- she tried to say the "mice" were eating the wires.... untrue and we were easily able to inform them that this was not the case and if anything like this did occur, it was while the car was on their lot. Funny thing- she never mentioned it again (CAUGHT YA!). DESTINY then quoted us $1,081 to have a new starter installed- $662 part (expensive) and $439 for labor- overpriced, I know!! But it gets so much worse. DESTINY NUANES tried to tell us we needed a new battery, again, we argued that we purchased a new battery the day it went in.... suddenly they agreed we did not need a new battery (CAUGHT AGAIN!) The car then sat there untouched for over 2 weeks, DESTINY claimed all of their service members quit and literally walked off their lot (interesting, what kind of message does this send??) so after quoting me $1,081, DESTINY refused to send me the quote (WHAT???) so imagine our surprise when the car was ready and suddenly the quote (via phone) was ignored and they DEMANDED payment of $1,472.70!!! If we did not pay, our car would not be returned to us (ILLEGAL) so my son paid. In response, we called over 15 times, DESTINY never returned any calls and never replied to any emails. After calling 5 times, I was finally able to speak to BRENDAN ORTH, supposedly the service manager. Of course, he was shocked (right!) and stated he had no idea what had happened. I had to follow up with him 3 times afterwards because he never returned my calls. Finally today, he stated that because DESTINY did not write out the quote she made to me, he could only go by her WORD! Funny thing, a person, well a dishonest recent HS graduate can and apparently did lie. So because DESTINY is a liar, and she did not send me the quote (I am the registered owner and the only one to approve this)- she just thought she could lie her way around this. We were LIED TO, taken advantage of. I am not in NM and asked her TWICE to email me the quote, she did not. This is theft and we have already filed a complaint with FORD, BBB, and the City of Albuquerque. Do yourself a favor, go to the other Ford dealerships in town. you do NOT have to work with this dealership that have no respect for their customers, are dishonest, and lack any sort of business sense. Power Ford has the worst sales department. I've purchased two new vehicles from them. At the purchase of the first new vehicle, they tried adding on various fees and charges. After almost walking away from the purchase, they agreed to remove the bogus fees. A year later, I thought I would give them another shot for a purchase of a new truck. Worst mistake, as they tried again, adding bogus fees and charges at the time of finance. Again, willing to walk away, they removed the fees and had no explanation as to what they were for. Since Rob Sneed has been at Power/Bob Turner's, the sales department has gone down hill. The finance department says that he is the reason for these fees and charges, and they have no choice but to add them at the end of the sale. Trying to get an explanation from him was impossible, as he doesn't return phone calls or emails. He is the poster child of a sleazy salesman. More

Robert Sneed President and Managing Partner of Power Ford dismissed my complaints about the terrible job their service department had done on my car. After keeping my car at the Power Ford Albuquerque service department for SIX MONTHS, my air conditioning did not work even though it was working perfectly when I left it six months earlier. Mr. Sneed refused to take responsibility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND POWER FORD. Their customer service is giving FORD MOTORS a bad name and reputation. ONE STAR OUT OF FIVE IS TOO MANY. I'm a retired high school teacher and I know when an F is warranted. Power Ford gets the worst possible grade in my book, an F. More
