Service at Power Ford was terrible. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, but no longer will I take my truck to be service there. Dropped it off on Monday was told I would have estimate in 24-48 hrs. I had not heard from them so I called on Wednesday was transferred to voice mail, no return call again called twice on Thursday transferred to voice mail no return call. On Friday I finally demanded to be transferred to live person, found out estimate was ready on Tuesday morning yet I NEVER heard from anyone, was without vehicle 4 days for no reason. I will be taking my truck to be serviced at the other Ford dealers if Power Ford cannot respond in a timely manner causing me inconvenience. More
