All because of a prideful manager in the sales department, a $60,000.00 dollar deal went out the door due to document fee of $500.00. My message to any would be customers looking to purchase your next vehicle, stay away from the shoddy car salesman hiding behind the mirrored glass office and Power Ford. Also, be knowledgeable and learn to be shrewd when dealing with a used car salesman. I take it he thought I was just another ignorant "customer." I give this dealership, Power Ford of Albuquerque, New Mexico a two star rating, and I wasn't even in there for a Ford vehicle of all things.
