I took my Jeep into Power Ford’s service department for the first time due to a coolant leak which caused my engine to overheat. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by concerned service members, who assured the first time due to a coolant leak which caused my engine to overheat. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by concerned service members, who assured me that I was in good hands. The coolant leak was repaired within a couple of hours. They also identified and repaired an oil leak. I had to wait a few days for the part to come in, but my service advisor demonstrated strong communication throughout the service of my vehicle. I was impressed with the overall service and quality of work! Thank you for taking such great care of my Jeep (black beauty), and I!! More

Joseph-my service advisor- was excellent in finding a solution to the issue with my truck’s sunroof. Power Ford was also very responsive for a friend passing through Albuquerque who had a check engi solution to the issue with my truck’s sunroof.
