I had gone to a different dealership before going to Power Ford. The other dealership was not treating me fairly so I decided to contact Power Ford. I got a call back and e-mail from them right away. Th Power Ford. The other dealership was not treating me fairly so I decided to contact Power Ford. I got a call back and e-mail from them right away. They guarenteed they could help me out. So, I went to their store and they were excellent. I met with Chris and he showed me the Escapes that had what I wanted. And I actually got more functions on the one at Power Ford than the other dealer for the same price. Chris was great to work with and Jason in financing was amazing also. I will be sending all of my friends to them even if they are not in the market for a Ford. More

I would choose Power Ford over Rich Ford any day! There weren't any high pressure tactics. I told them what I wanted to pay and they made it happen. The entire staff was awesome! The staff and customer service at this dealership is outstanding. They go above and beyong to ensure a great customer experience. Being from a different country and not having the support of my family w outstanding. They go above and beyong to ensure a great customer experience. Being from a different country and not having the support of my family when looking for a new car (and I know nothing about cars)... Jason(sales) was incredible- he took me under his wing and put me in a new (used) car which exactly fits my needs.It was a stressful time for me as my old cars transmission had failed, but he supported me through the whole process - helping me trade my old car in and putting me in a car which was affordable and perfect for me. Whenever I visited the Ford dealership the employees were very friendly - always a smile and hello whether they were working with me or not. Darin the manager has created a great atmosphere there and was always very approachable and welcoming. They put my worrying nature at ease and I would recommend them to everyone I know! :) More
