Horrible service and MONEY HUNGRY. Basically I got stomp over by some dude that just arrived to buy my particular vehicle I was trying to get over 4 days. Dennis the finance guy lied. Dennis the finance guy did not offer me the extended warranty ( which I did intend to take) but said to me "I can get you the extended warranty" makin Dennis the finance guy did not offer me the extended warranty ( which I did intend to take) but said to me "I can get you the extended warranty" making it sound as if it was free. When I looked at all my paper work, He added "2" extended warranties, and "2" maintenance warranties. He never attempted to explain any of the warranties to me. I was so upset that I went back and told them that I wanted NONE, and insisted that they remove them. Oddly enough my next door neighbor bought a car a week before and Dennis did the exact same thing to them, and they ended up having there car financed through their credit union. I didn't know this until after I bought mine, or I would have not gone there. Also when I was looking at the vehicle that I purchased the sales guy told me that It was all wheel drive, and I took it to a mechanic to find out that it is only front wheel drive. None of the features were ever explained to me. I still don't know many of the features. More
