Power Buick GMC of Salem

I am a 3 time return customer to Power Mazda on Hawthorne. I called ahead after scouting several vehicles online. Ken there said come on down we have the ones you want in stock. I did and when I got there none of the vehicles I wanted were there... The salesman kept trying to up-sale me into vehicles I could not afford... so I left dissapointed. Decided to stop at Power Buick GMC on my way home where I was greeted by Mario Batres. Explained the situation to him and he both listened to me and apologized for the other dealer. Mario was not pushy and the key was he listened to me. After hearing what I was after showed me a couple of cars and pulled off a blockbuster deal. I owned 3 vehicles and Mario pulled off a 3 for 2 trade deal... I traded off a 1991 Toyota Tercel, a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan and my 1999 Mazda B 3000 truck and walked away with a 2001 Kia Sprectra and a 1998 Isuzu Amigo. I was amazed by Mario. I saw the Isuzu online and it was at the Lincoln City Store. Mario said no problem and got a driver to deliver the Amigo so I could test drive it and ultimately take it home. Mario saved Power's reputation and kept me as a happy satisfied customer. I have now purchased 5 different vehicles from Power and will hopefully buy from Mario again. We went in to see someone else but because he was busy, Mario helped us. We couldn't ask for a better guy to help to get what we needed. I had a great experience with Mario and the other employees. The vehicle I was currently driving broke down in front of their lot. They were very gracious and took very good care of me and my son. As a single woman I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me or the situation. I was very frazzled and they handled the situation very professionally. customer service was great and they put up with alot as I,m not the best people person. They stuck with it until the deal was done and work with me to find what I was looking for within my means and withou I,m not the best people person.
