I came in looking for a truck Frank was pretty busy so he helped me as much as he could he also had Jose helping me they got it narrowed down quickly to find a vehicle for my family. I initially went into Power to view a car advertised online which unfortunately had already been sold. I originally was working with Frank, but when I returned to the car lot to view cars, he was not a online which unfortunately had already been sold. Although Jose wasn't aware of my previous conversations with Power, he spent the time to review exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle both in options and pricing. I haven't had to purchase a vehicle in years, and wasn't looking forward to the experience at all, but he made the vehicle search even enjoyable, which I wasn't expecting in the least! The sales support was great; unfortunately, my experience with the Finance Department was not. The Manager did not pay attention to my criteria, and I felt like I was being pushed into a vehicle I was not interested in with a price tag I didn't want. I was misled as to what vehicles were available, and even misled on the pricing. Definitely impressed with the Sales Staff so I would recommend Jose to anyone in the market for a car! More
