Power Buick GMC of Salem

I visited Power Buick GMC on a spontaneous outing to ONLY LOOK at cars with my mom. I was first greeted by Derrick Cooper who was very welcoming. Derrick showed us plenty of options and informed us quite well. I decided that trading in my Jeep Wrangler was a great possibility. After 5 minutes talking to Derrick I was sold on trading in for a new Mazda 3. He introduced me to Frank Roe, he was friendly and quite a crack up. Frank took a trade in evaluation on my jeep and in no time gave me accurate estimates on what would be a viable option to upgrade my car and lower my monthly payments. He made this SO easy! Frank gave me plenty of different Mazda 3s to choose from and very patiently guided and informed on the differences. He worked out an amazing monthly payment for me so easily. I was very pleased with the service I was given and will absolutely recommend this dealership and Frank Roe. More

I went to Power Buick looking for a car that was I went to Power Buick looking for a car that was advertised on their lot, Ron greeted me right there on the lot and was very pleasant, I told him wha I went to Power Buick looking for a car that was advertised on their lot, Ron greeted me right there on the lot and was very pleasant, I told him what I was looking for so he went to find it, the car was at the other Power store across town, so he drove me out to see it and drive it but it just wasn't quite what I was looking for so we went back to the Buick lot and I saw a car that had just came in so we drove that one and I did like it until Ron showed me a excellent Buick LaSabre, they let me drive home to show my wife and she loved it, so we purchased the Buick, they gave us an excellent deal on the car, and the service manager came to see us and welcomed us and said if there was anything that they could do just let them know. We both were treated like we mattered to them and Ron really came to bat to give us the best deal he could. We are very impressed with this dealership and will tell everyone we know if they need a car, go see Power Buick. We will return when we need another vehicle. Keep up the good work. More
