I cannot recommend Power GMC of Buick of Salem any higher. Starting with our salesman Frank Roe, he picked up on the fact that I would rather communicate electronically through texting or email as I h higher. Very instinctive, ambitious, young man. He really went the extra mile to get us a great deal on the 2007 Chevrolet HHR that we purchased. We were really pleased with the deal he was able to give us on our trade in. He stayed in contact with me for even a month after our purchase just to make sure that we were still happy with our purchase. Excellent follow up skills. There were a few nit picky little issues with our HHR which are to be expected with a used vehicle. Annoying things like a burned out headlight and a broken switch on the electric mirrors. GMC Buick of Salem completed a large job for us on a piece of our sunroof that needed a part that had to be ordered. Sean Hogan kept me informed about the progress of the part coming in and I really like the fact that he is available to me by phone every time I called. When the part came in I was in need of the courtesy van that they offer their customers. I really must say that the driver of the courtesy van was very very nice and represents your company in a great light. One of your associates named Dena was also very informed on what was going on with our vehicle as we were dealing with several issues at once. I came to Power GMC of Buick of Salem 3 times for things that I needed done and I had my little dog with me and I felt very accommodated and comfortable while I waited. On my last visit to Power GMC Buick of Salem, I came in to get the electric mirror switch fixed and I brought up the issue to Sean Hogan that the car was running rough and the check engine light was on. Now keep in mind that this is almost a full month after my purchase and Sean was willing to help me with that issue right then and there. Dena informed me that there could be a charge for hooking up the computer to the car and it caused me some consternation because we had just made our first car payment and were a little short at that time. In the interest of making sure the car was ok I told Dena to go ahead and do the diagnosis while thinking that my husband was not going to be happy about this. I would like to point out that our family had been going through some troubled times due to a recent suicide in the family and sometimes while going through tough times you get a very jaded view of the world. When Dena came out of the service office and told me that the service department was going to pay for half of the repairs (new spark plugs) and that Frank Roe offered to pay for the other half. I literally had to lower my sunglasses onto my eyes because they had begun to tear. I went out to get into my car and they had also put my license plates on for me and even washed it! When nothing nice has happened to you in a long while and that nice thing comes along unexpectedly it really restores your faith in the world. I will recommend GMC Buick of Salem and Frank Roe to everybody that I can, and my husband and I have decided that we will be using GMC Buick of Salem for all of our maintenance jobs in the future. Frank was great! He's a stand-up guy and will do anything possible to cater to the customer and make you feel welcome. Anyone shopping at Power Buick should request Frank. Frank started out by finding me on craigslist. I had my truck up for sale and he contacted me and got a little back round on what I was trying to accomplish. So Frank gave me some ideas on how I could get into the vehicle I wanted. During this whole time there was no pressure by frank for me to make a decision. He was very friendly and was quick to address any questions and concerns I had. By the end of the deal he found a Honda Pilot, (which we were wanting) that met the specific budget my wife and I were on. We were very pleased with the experience I received with frank.
