If anyone is looking to buy a new or used car I suggest saying as far away from POWER BUICK GMC on Commerical St Se. as possible.. This is by far the worst company I have ever delt with. Not only do their saying as far away from POWER BUICK GMC on Commerical St Se. as possible.. This is by far the worst company I have ever delt with. Not only do their salesmen lie and falsely misrepresent the vehicles in order to get you to buy it, but be warely that they dont sell you a vehicle that smells like a dead wet animal that may effect your health, if you are sensative like me. They will also make repeated garauntees and promises that they will fail to follow through with and the vehicle may much like the one we got end up smelling like a dead wet chemical covered animal leaving you without a vehicle to drive because despite being told they will cancel the contract they will refuse to honor what they say. They will then try to force and Yes I do say FORCE you to buy a different vehicle but only allow you the option on a vehicle that costs twice as much, yep BAIT AND SWITCH tactics, sell you a cheaper vehicle in order to get you to return it for a much more expensive vehicle, not to mention will refuse to return your trade in and down payment... Beyond all of that they will lure you back in telling you that they can get you into something more reasonably priced and waste several hours of your time and then again TRY TO FORCE YOU TO ACCEPT the vehicle that you guessed it still smells and poses such a health risk that you can not even be near it.. And when you think the fun cant get any better they will try to continue their dishonesty and try to leave it at your house.. So today I am thankful for the OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL, the BBB, and the FTC. Not to mention the attorney that is assisting us with the complaint.. But if you are seriously looking for a vehicle and enjoy this behavior.. please go see POWER BUICK GMC on South Commerical, you can speak to JASON MARTIN, FRANK ROE, HENRY or I am sure that anyone there would be happy to show you their four star treatment.
