I originally contacted Frank Roe at Power Biuck GMC about a vehicle I had seen on Craigslist. Frank was honest and understanding with the fact that I am a single mother with three small children and was loo a vehicle I had seen on Craigslist. Frank was honest and understanding with the fact that I am a single mother with three small children and was looking for an inexpensive yet reliable car for my family. Although the first vehicle wasn't a good fit for us, Frank continued to maintain a professional relationship with me in search of the "right" car. I saw another add on craigslist for the vehicle I ended up purchasing (a 1998 Mazda Protege). I messaged the stock number to Frank late on a Friday night, as soon as I saw the add. He was very prompt with looking into the vehicle and had it to his lot, researched it, and test drove it all the next day by noon. I came in to test drive it and was happy with what I saw. The car was fairly priced and Frank did a great job in reassuring me that it was a vehicle I could feel safe in with me and my children by letting me know that it was a vehicle he would be proud to own and have his family riding in. Frank didn't try to push me into something I couldn't afford or didn't want. He listened to my needs and helped me to find something that was practical and fit within my budget. In fact, I was able to purchase a vehicle that was below my budget, so he saved me money too! Found the 95 ford f-350 on Craigs list. It was the pick-up we were looking for...feel like they did good working with us on the price as We did drive 300 miles to look at and purchase the pickup. It has overheated already, and keeps loosing the speedodomoter and odomoter when driving....Other than that it has run great. Customer service was great. Thanks for your help on this pickup.
