I won't go anywhere else for service! Poway Honda is the best dealership. I live in Valley Center but drive 45 minutes just so I can go to the Poway dealer. Marco is my service rep and he took care of my van and gave me insight into what was most important for my budget and the timing of when I might get it done. He didn't try to pressure me but just explained what the mechanic recommended. They had said I needed some kind of fuel injection cleaning and I finally did it and my van drove so smooth afterwards. It was like a new van again. Gary sold us our van about 8 years ago. He always remembers us and says hi. This time he brought my girls pens and paper when he saw us waiting for the van in the play area. They definitely have good management because I haven't met a rude person there. More

Pickup and Delivery Service - and No Pressure I just had my car serviced at Poway Honda. A driver picked up up my vehicle, the dealership performed maintenance services , and then returned my car I just had my car serviced at Poway Honda. A driver picked up up my vehicle, the dealership performed maintenance services , and then returned my car the same afternoon. I let the car sit in my driveway for a few days before using it. This seems like the safest way possible to have a car serviced right now. An added bonus - the service advisor did not pressure me to spend money on additional repairs or services. Overall - a great experience! More

First, Andrea did not even know what the terms from our insurance meant. Second, she could not find information about our car and coverage in her computer. We provided all the information to her but at the end she recommended us to go to the dealership we'd got our car from...we've called that dealership and let her talk to the representative, but she still was absolutely clueless on what she needed to be doing...so we just left...very unhappy More

My service advisor, As always, Marco and technical staff at Poway Honda service departments were outstanding last week in servicing my Honda Accord. My service advisor, Marco is simply exceptional. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He always provides me with useful information on near future service recommendations and also offers me with any available service discounts and promotions. The waiting area is clean and gourmet coffee, water, popcorn, and a variety of snacks are provided for customers. A free car wash is also included with the service. All service advisors are nice and friendly and it is always fun to chat briefly with Chris in the parts department when he is not busy. Sheryal is super nice and friendly and I thank her very much for the appointment reminders and also the water bottle. Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership.
