I always have a good experience with the service department. Marco is very professional and makes sure all my concerns are addressed. I also like that he lets me know that they will try and have my department. Marco is very professional and makes sure all my concerns are addressed. I also like that he lets me know that they will try and have my car done in a timely manner but there may be delays. I think there should be a message when you schedule online to that effect to avoid customers getting upset when their wait is longer. Maybe all service techs should relay that message as well. Multiple times I have encountered angry customers in the waiting area due to the long wait times even when they have a scheduled appointment. I’m sure the mechanics are doing their best to get cars done but I feel if the mechanics are rushed they may miss something. Maybe you would have less angry customers and a happier staff. One other thing about the online experience, it states “do you need a rental while you’re car is serviced “which makes it seem like Honda will give you a loaner while you’re car is being serviced. Maybe you should state you have to pay a fee and you will be shuttled over to the car rental dealer. More

My 2019 Insight has had two recalls and needed one additional repair. Each time the service department was quick to schedule the repair, and complete the job quickly and efficiently. Due to Covid, we have not driven our cars much last year, so after a long time, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. The maintenance reminder was mainly due to time passed and not the car mileage th so after a long time, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. They were also very cautious with the Covid and required face masks and all the staff were also wearing masks. As always, Marco and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent last week in servicing my Honda Accord. My service advisor, Marco is simply OUTSTANDING! He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He always provides me with useful information on near future service recommendations. The waiting area is clean, but there was no coffee and snacks provided due to Covid. I waited outside since it was a beautiful day that day. All service advisors and staff are nice and friendly and I also had a chance to say hi to Sheryal, Gary and my other friends at Poway Honda. Sheryal is super nice and friendly and I thank her very much for the appointment reminders and also the service follow-ups. I Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership. Also for the low tire pressure review, you have to recalibrate the tire pressure because you just started driving the car. Did it on my new Honda and the tire pressure light turned off.
