Last week, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. As expected, Poway Honda service department staff was very cautious with the Covid and required face masks and all the staff members were also weari As expected, Poway Honda service department staff was very cautious with the Covid and required face masks and all the staff members were also wearing masks. As always, Marco and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent last week in servicing my Honda Accord. My service advisor, Marco is truly OUTSTANDING! I called him in the morning and made an appointment for the same day. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He always provides me with useful information on near future service recommendations. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, but there were no coffee and snacks provided due to Covid. However, free car wash is back. I waited outside since it was a beautiful day. All service advisors and staff are nice and friendly and I also had a chance to say hi to Sheryal, Gary and my other friends at Poway Honda. Sheryal is super nice and friendly and I thank her very much for the appointment reminders and also the service follow-ups. I Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership.
