I dropped my CR_V off on Thursday afternoon since I had an appointment on Friday morning, and they did most of the work on Thursday and called me befo I dropped my CR_V off on Thursday afternoon since I had an appointment on Friday morning, and they did most of the work on Thursday and called me before closing to tell me what needed to be done. Due to post July 4 holiday and 50% short staffing I could not wait and left. Why was I not notified giving me an option to reschedule? Rescheduled second appoint went as usually very well, efficient, and as expected. Asked by email about the difficulty no answer was received. This inconsistency also occurred with my use of Honda road service failure which left me stranded waiting for three and half hours to have service arrive. Contact Poway Honda about the abysmal road service and received no response. RoadOne was the "contracted?" service provider. I recommend never using them. More
