Nice people, good service This was my third time to Poway Honda for scheduled maintenance but this time with an engine light issue, as well. I appreciate the online scheduling This was my third time to Poway Honda for scheduled maintenance but this time with an engine light issue, as well. I appreciate the online scheduling available. My only complaint is waiting 20 minutes or more for someone to approach your car when you pull up at your scheduled time for an appointment. Once they take your car, they are attentive and efficient. After they did the scheduled maintenance and attended to the issue, they told me it would be a couple of hours take care of the computer upgrade and offered me a shuttle ride home. The service advisor also noticed unequal wear on my tires, recommending an alignment. I like that they wash the car as well. Would recommend their service department! More

Always easy to get an appointment, and I feel I have consistently been treated honestly. Service Advisor, Alvaro "Al" Rodriguez, was EXCEPTIONALLY pleasant! Could I have saved a few dollars hunting for an independent mechanic? Maybe? But, I know I have taken 100% complete care all at one place, and I have never had a problem. "Take good care of your car, and your car will take good care of you." Yep, 177k miles, and still going strong! More
