Last week, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. I had made an appointment and when I got there, Marco greeted me within minutes. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! Marco always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. Marco, is truly OUTSTANDING! I went there for rear brake pads replacement based on their earlier recommendation when they replaced the front brake pads last month. I waited over there and it took about two hours for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection and a car wash. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water bottles and gourmet coffee are available. They also provide some good snacks. There is a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. I had a chance to say hi to Al (my other great Service Advisor), Joseph and also Michael (Service Department Manager). All service advisors and staff at Poway Honda are very nice, friendly and professional. I also said hi to Gary in the Sales Department and got a quick update on the 2024 new Honda cars availability. I have been so lucky to deal with both of them for many years and they have always exceeded my expectations and have done a wonderful job every time. Al and Marco always go the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. It is truly a blessing to have such great service advisors and an excellent service department at Poway Honda. I had made an appointment and when I got there, he greeted me within minutes. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! Marco always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. I went for an oil and filter change and asked Marco to take a look at my brake pads. He spent a few minutes and looked at both front and rear brake pads and his observation was that the front brake pads were very low and needed to be replaced and the rear ones were low but can wait until next service. He also said that he will ask the technicians to take a look at the rear pads and make recommendations. He also asked Al, my other great service advisor at Poway Honda for a second opinion and Al agreed with his findings. This is great customer service. The technician also confirmed Marco and Al’s observation and replaced the front brake pads. The rear brake pads will be replaced during next service or next month. I waited over there and it took about two and half hours for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection and a car wash. What a magnificent visit to this dealership last week! Al, service manager, stayed overtime to assist me and did it with a smile. The Inspection paper was not done correctly. My windshield wipers that were split and skipped loudly were marked as satisfactory. He provides me with useful information on near future service recommendations and any existing Honda recalls. I waited over there and it only took about an hour and half for the battery test and replacement including a complementary multi-point inspection. Marco also gave me a copy of the Honda 100 Month Battery Warranty certificate. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water, gourmet coffee and some snacks are available.
