Yesterday, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. I have two outstanding service advisors at Poway Honda: Marco Ramirez and Al Rodriguez. I have been so lucky to deal with both of them for many years and they have always exceeded my expectations and have done a wonderful job every time. Al and Marco always go the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. It is truly a blessing to have such great service advisors and an excellent service department at Poway Honda. As expected yesterday, Al and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent in servicing my Honda Accord. I had made an appointment and when I got there, Al greeted me within minutes. As always, he was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! I waited over there and it only took a little over an hour for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection and car wash. Al texted me when the service was completed, reviewed the bill with me and also checked me out, very efficiently. Al was truly OUTSTANDING! Thank you very much Al. I also have to mention that the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water bottles and gourmet coffee are available. All service advisors and staff are nice, friendly and professional at Poway Honda. I had a chance to say hi to my other good friends at Poway Honda. I missed Marco yesterday.
