Had Poway Honda give me an oil and filter change on a 2016 Accord. I waited in the lounge and before I realizes it, the car was done. No problems and checkout was easy. At first, a bit of rough start getting the initial 'internet' salesman to return messages, elevating my contact to a manager proved valuable. I got the car I wanted at an excellent price. The team at Honda Poway was courteous, professional and honest. I can't say that about all Honda Dealers (some are definitely gouging their customers, so shop around)! More
