Outstanding Service Department! As always, Marco and technical staff at Poway Honda service departments were outstanding last week in servicing my Honda Accord. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He always provides me with useful information on near future service recommendations and also offers me with any available service discounts and promotions. The waiting area is clean and gourmet coffee, water, popcorn, and a variety of snacks are provided for customers. A free car wash is also included with the service. All service advisors are nice and friendly and it is always fun to chat briefly with Chris in the parts department when he is not busy. Sheryal is super nice and friendly and I thank her very much for the appointment reminders and also the water bottle. Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership. Nice people, good service This was my third time to Poway Honda for scheduled maintenance but this time with an engine light issue, as well. I appreciate the online scheduling This was my third time to Poway Honda for scheduled maintenance but this time with an engine light issue, as well. I appreciate the online scheduling available. My only complaint is waiting 20 minutes or more for someone to approach your car when you pull up at your scheduled time for an appointment. Once they take your car, they are attentive and efficient. After they did the scheduled maintenance and attended to the issue, they told me it would be a couple of hours take care of the computer upgrade and offered me a shuttle ride home. The service advisor also noticed unequal wear on my tires, recommending an alignment. I like that they wash the car as well. Would recommend their service department! More
