Very dissatisfied with experience of low tire pressure. I was told by service writer to go to Costco to have my tire filled up with nitrogen. We have been Honda owners since 1984 and recently bought our second CRV which this time was the 2021 Hybrid. Our experience with the Poway Service Department the past 5 years has been fabulous with the dynamic duo of Kem and Marco coordinating "first class" service for us. They have earned our trust and are fabulous ambassadors. Because of our new purchase, we had the pleasure of working with Rhodel Pelimiano, who coordinated our sale with Alfred Parker. We love Rhodel's enthusiasm, his knowledge about new improvements for the CRV-E and the fact he followed up providing all answers for some challenging questions. Closing out the deal, provided the opportunity to meet and work with your finance manager Ryan Kreutz. Ryan did an amazing job in record time completing all the forms, explaining all the extra options and along with financing perks. The best part of this "world class" purchasing experience was that we already have another "world class" service team of Kem and Marco to care for our new vehicle which seems to help eliminate the occasional next day “buyers remorse.” Our congratulations to you Sam – you have some terrific team members and we do hope you will recognize the associates mentioned above.
