I researched several makes and models and test drove a couple of them as well. I chose this dealership for the customer service. I worked with Nick “Red” who was exceptional during the whole process. He answered my questions, went over the specifics of the SUV, let me drive different trims and was interested and engaged in the process of helping my wife and I find a good fit. I test drove two other competing models and one lasted about 15 minutes. No questions were asked nor was any info provided about the car. At another dealership, the sales person was on their phone the entire test drive. Absolutely no customer service and no effort to create a positive customer experience. I understand the internet allows you to read and see other people’s opinions but when you spend time it can all become overwhelming with the details and differences. It’s nice to be at the dealership to see the actual cars and hopefully have someone go through the car and help remind you of the specifics of that model. Nick was that guy. He was great during our initial meeting, responded with follow up calls, asked if we had further questions and was willing to get to a price we were comfortable with. We’re now repeat customers of Poway Honda and continue to appreciate the service and staff. Shout out to Brian in finance. It’s not always the fun part of the car buying experience but he was helpful, friendly and very efficient in getting our deal finalized, Also a huge thanks to the managers for working with Nick to help us get to our price. More
