Great dealing with Charay Beard This is our 4th vehicle bought through Poulin Auto. Charay Beard is a great sales associate. She recommended gap insurance. Glad we listened and took her advise about gap insurance. We had bought a Ford F150 on 8/31/15, we were in an accident 9/24/15 and totaled out the Ford. We called Charay to let her know we might be looking for a different truck because of the accident. Geigo Insurance Co. totaled the truck out. Needed a different one so called Charay back to let her know that now we were looking for a truck. Charay called back and said Travis Bailey had a sweet truck that just came into trade. If we had not taken out gap insurance we would still be waiting. We were able to get into our new truck on 9/26/15. A big thanks to Charay Beard and Travis Bailey. Thank you Charay and Travis More

A great car buying experience. I had to drive 90 miles to visit this dealership. It was well worth it. I initially found the car on line and immediately a received a response from I had to drive 90 miles to visit this dealership. It was well worth it. I initially found the car on line and immediately a received a response from Todd. I had been looking for a sport car since the beginning of summer and visited other dealers in New Hampshire. No one could measure up to the service I received from Poulin and Todd. I made an appointment and made the drive. I was greeted by Todd and was made to feel very comfortable while the car was being delivered from their other dealership. I was not under any pressure at any time. I was then allowed to take the car for a test drive on my own. Again no pressure. I left without giving any commitment to the sale. I made the decision to buy and offered a price it was counter offered within a reasonable time and amount and I accepted. When I picked up the car today it was waiting in front completely clean and some minor repairs made better than what I expected. They even offered to deliver it to New Hampshire!!! But I declined as I wanted to enjoy the ride home. I am so pleased with my purchase and the dealership. I would advise anyone to do business with them. More
