Shady business I was looking for a subaru forester and decided to search through true cars I found one at a great price so I contacted the seller they responded to m I was looking for a subaru forester and decided to search through true cars I found one at a great price so I contacted the seller they responded to me right away I made an appointment to come and see the car I wanted the day I was going up Charay the sales person that I had been dealing with called to confirm I would be there I told her that I would. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get to the dealership when I arrived I was sat down where they went over a credit application with me they said that I would have to fill out a credit application to see what I was approved for I told her that I wanted to see the car first before I went any further I was then told that the car I had come up to see was sold the other day instead or telling me this on the phone that day when I was contacted by the dealership they had me drive over an hour to try and sell me a car I didn't want. That's some shady business. More

Just, no. Sold a car that wouldn't pass inspection we purchased our second car sight-unseen because our first purchase had been so successful. guess they saw us coming, because the truck they sold us, we purchased our second car sight-unseen because our first purchase had been so successful. guess they saw us coming, because the truck they sold us, with a new inspection, subsequently had a rotted e-brake cable which failed (within the first three weeks of purchase, so no, this wasn't due to our use) and all kinds of other front-end issues. Big disappointment. Our mechanic reported the inspection station they use. When we couldn't get satisfaction from Troy and his team, we asked for contact info for the company owner. This request was outright refused. More

We had a great experience we have had with a used car dealer We did an application on line to get pre approved for a loan on a older car the dealer called and told us he wanted to put us in a newer car. Very friendly but very high documentation fee Charay and the rest of the staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful! I got a great deal on my car and am very happy with it! One complaint I had Charay and the rest of the staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful! I got a great deal on my car and am very happy with it! One complaint I had was that they conveniently waited until the last minute to tell me there was an additional $500 documentation fee. When I called other local used car dealerships, their documentation fee was only $200-$300. In addition, they over priced me on my winter tires, but when I told them I found some for cheaper, they matched the less expensive price which was very nice of them! More
