DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! Technicians scraped my front bumper and rim on a pole right in front of me and denied it right after then walked away. They did not want to pay the estimate from my body sh front bumper and rim on a pole right in front of me and denied it right after then walked away. They did not want to pay the estimate from my body shop. They demanded that I leave the car with them again to repair the damage. To top it off they didn't even add enough oil to my car. Service manager Barry was no where to be found at the dealership and was sarcastic on my voicemail. AGAIN, DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER TO SERVICE YOUR CAR. More

I bought a used car here in '05. The next morning my mechanic found that two of the car's rims were bent and that they, and the tires, needed to be replaced. Kirsch said it wasn't their problem, essent mechanic found that two of the car's rims were bent and that they, and the tires, needed to be replaced. Kirsch said it wasn't their problem, essentially "caveat emptor" (let the buyer beware). The roof leaked (it was a ragtop), the wipers stopped working during a rain storm resulting in a minor accident, the power windows stopped working and needed rewiring, and front and rear brakes needed replacement, all within six months of purchase, all on a car that was advertised as in "excellent" condition. Their finance department took almost two months to refund my $1,000 down payment (I paid in cash). And here's the topper: they "forgot" to record the license plate number and could not register my car! Rather than tell me this they kept insisting that the state was slow in sending me my registration. Finally, instead of calling me for the license plate number to properly register the car, they called my insurance company to try and avoid admitting their amateurish mistake, and pretended to be someone from the state's department of motor vehicles! Smelling a rat, GEICO properly informed me of this. So, would YOU buy a used car from these people?! More
