After a bad service experience at this dealership, my issue was transferred to the service manager Willie Perez, and he is a blessing to work with, especially in the car industry!  Willie made sure to issue was transferred to the service manager Willie Perez, and he is a blessing to work with, especially in the car industry!  Willie made sure to keep me informed on any updates in a timely fashion and answered all my questions with clarity. After receiving a call from Willie that my claim was approved, my transmission was replaced in less than a day! I picked up my car the next day, and it ran perfectly! I am so grateful that Willie turned my bad experience into a wonderful one!  Given that this location is under construction, I’m amazed that I was able to have my car fixed quickly. That shows Willie and the mechanics are incredibly efficient and reliable even in such a setting they deserve a raise! I highly recommend this location. More
