They ripped me off!! BEWARE! FRAUD! I bought an expensive car at this place. Later, I discovered that the car had been in a serious accident and I was not told about it even though I ha I bought an expensive car at this place. They ignored me when I contacted them about it, and have refused to do anything about it even though they sold me damaged goods without telling me about it, leaving me with the problem which will always greatly reduce the value of this car. The value of the car I purchased is about 60% of what I paid due to the undisclosed accident damage! I would stay very far away from this place even though it looks like they have great cars there. In reading some other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who has been ripped off by this outfit. BEWARE! More

MISREPRESENTATION…..that’s my experience with Potamkin Auto Gallery in North Miami. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! When I started talking directly with Scott about the 2010 Porsche Panamera that was listed on eBa Auto Gallery in North Miami. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! When I started talking directly with Scott about the 2010 Porsche Panamera that was listed on eBay, Scott faxed me the MSRP sticker that was originally on this vehicle. The car was delivered with different tires and wheels than identified on the sticker and valued at more than $1500 less than represented. When I spoke to and emailed Gregg Ricca, the General Manager, he indicated he would make the situation “right” because they knew the wheels had been switched from the original configuration. Even eBay Auto contacted Gregg, on my behalf, and once again Gregg told eBay he would correct the situation. It’s been 5 months and I continue to hear nothing from the dealership. They will not return my phone calls or emails, total indifference. No configuration changes were disclosed to me when purchasing the vehicle. It seems they are experts in MISREPRESENTATION AND OFFER NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT even when they have admitted they knew the more expensive wheels had been switched! The irony is that Potamkin has a Porsche dealership in Miami so the switch to the original option could have been effortless. More
