Mgr dropped price to $400 over invoice, we looked at, drove, and bought the car in less than 2 hrs. Love these guys! Will be back for our next purchase! Also, left without second key and owners manual, but they graciously offered to drop it in the mail to save us a three hour trip back to the dealership. More

Chatted about the purchase of a new Highlander. Price was looking good but sales mgr. came out and talked about the documentation fee of $199...and then he said we are the lowest around. Had my engine replaced by them, the engine overheated because they forgot to reconnect a hose. 2000 miles later the car is blowing out smoke and they will not fix it. I HAD A HARD TIME FINANCING AN AUTOMOBILE DUE TO A BANKRUPTCY OVER MEDICAL BILLS, MOST PLACES I WENT TO WERE REALLY PUSHY UP UNTIL THEY RAN MY CREDIT AND THEN IT WAS LIKE THEY JUST WANTED ME TO LEAVE. AT HUDUBERG THEY TOOK THE TIME WITH ME EVEN THOUGH I HAD TROUBLE PICKING OUT A CAR. IT TOOK ME 3 DAYS BECAUSE THEY HAD A LOT OF CARS THAT FIT MY BUDGET. THE MANAGER BRIAN LET ME TAKE MY TIME, I FELT UNRUSHED AND FINALLY ENDED UP WITH A 2011 CAMRY SE AND I LOVE IT!!! JACOB IN FINANCING WAS GREAT TOO! HE MADE ME LAUGH INSTEAD OF MAKING ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE LIKE THE OTHER DEALERS HAD. AND ALSO JOSEPH KELLY MY SALESMAN WAS AWESOME AND PATIENT ( I COULDNT DECIDE) AND HE BOUGHT ME A HAT AND KEY CHAIN AS A SURPRISE WHEN I CAME OUT OF FINANCING AND A FULL TANK! i CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE GUYS AND THOUGHT THE OTHER REVIEWS WERE UNFAIR AND NOTHING LIKE WHAT I EXPERIENCED AT HUDIBERG TOYOTA!
