I am not one to leave reviews especially bad ones unless I feel there is without a doubt valid reasons to do so. I will never recommend or purchase a vehicle from them again. I worked with Chris Donaldson I feel there is without a doubt valid reasons to do so. I will never recommend or purchase a vehicle from them again. I worked with Chris Donaldson and I feel he definitely tried to screw me over on the financial part I was just tired and had been looking all day and I was just ready to be done. We had gone back and forth on payments and before I knew it I was just giving in. He definitely was a salesman bc I felt like crap after I left. Not the experience i hoped when purchasing a new car. But what I’m the most irritated about is lack of customer service or helpfulness when calling in after purchase. I had a couple issues and it took about a week of calling to finally talk to the right person about my extended warranty. I live almost 2 hours away so I was trying to take my newly bought car to a shop due to squeaking brakes. But in case it was something else I wanted to make sure my warranty could be found. Which it wasn’t in the national system. Post oak still has no answers for me…. Even their own service department couldn’t find it. Although it’s on my purchase agreement. So I brought it up to their service department and it’s gonna cost me over $200 on front brakes. I asked why that wasn’t taken care of before selling and they said unless it’s metal on metal they don’t replace them. They don’t do anything maintenance before selling the cars. I just don’t feel it’s good business to not care about your new costumers like that. Still haven’t got the warranty part figured out yet after many many phone calls. So when I purchase my kids vehicles and when anyone is looking I’ll definitely be telling them to stay away from this dealership! Not worth the headache More
Horrible experience. They are liars and will not return your phone calls after you leave. The receptionist is the only person you will get on the phone who is nice. They are continuing to run my credit without my permission and are putting hard inquiries consistently. I have 13 hard inquires over 2 days. This place is ridiculous. Don’t go here! More
Post Oak Toyota is a great place to buy a used or new vehicle. No high pressure sales. My experience has always been good. Salesman STEVE is great to work with and listens to what you want he didn’t t vehicle. No high pressure sales. My experience has always been good. Salesman STEVE is great to work with and listens to what you want he didn’t try to pressure us into a vehicle we did not want. Thanks STEVE. Not: I would not give the service department the same rating though. More
Purchased a brand new Tundra and the Infotainment system is possessed. Nothing works, it just freezes. I am an hour and a half from the closest dealership and they informed me I need to drive the truck ther is possessed. Nothing works, it just freezes. I am an hour and a half from the closest dealership and they informed me I need to drive the truck there to have it "diagnosed" (Toyota Brand Engagement has already confirmed that it needs to be replaced). Then they will order a new system. So 6 hours of driving back and forth to get a brand new vehicle functioning properly. More

Ben Celis is abusive. I worked under him in 2013 and he was fired after I quit because he threw my phone. I should’ve sued for cracking my screen. He’s a loose bottle. I bought my first truck from Post Oak Toyota in 2021 and had a fantastic experience with Freddie and Angel. However, Freddie is no longer there, and the last time I asked for him, the girl on the phone made had a fantastic experience with Freddie and Angel. However, Freddie is no longer there, and the last time I asked for him, the girl on the phone made a tasteless comment, saying he was no longer with them, "thankfully." Despite this, I referred numerous customers to them. In 2022, I referred my best friend and coworker to buy a Corolla. We negotiated his deal over the phone, and he was set to sign and drive the car away. He Ubered to work that day, and I drove him to the dealership, only to find out they had sold his car to someone else. They even called him on the way there to confirm he was coming. They knew the car was sold and tried to pivot him to a different one that wasn't even available. This left my friend stranded without transportation. Sean, the GM at the time, who was also a customer at my motorcycle store, made it right by providing my friend with a courtesy car and better financing terms on a new Corolla. I updated my reviews then because we were satisfied. However, in December 2024, I reached out to Post Oak Toyota during a nationwide Toyota promotion, looking for a Tacoma. I expected a payment range of $400-450/month, as was standard across brokers. Angel, my original salesman, ghosted me after initially responding. I had to call again and eventually spoke to a sales manager who, without running my credit or asking about my preferences, quoted me an outrageous $900-950/month for a lease, citing poor leasing conditions. This was done without any substantial information from me, even though I was ready to buy that day. It seems Sean has left, and customer service has plummeted. This dealership does not value repeat business. They appear to take advantage of their customers and treat them poorly. My best friend, who Sean helped, now faces issues with servicing his vehicle. Despite making appointments, he’s told there are no openings and that he’d need to drop it off—despite having an appointment. Post Oak Toyota spends money on billboards claiming they love OKC and offer the best prices, but their service says otherwise. This place just flat-out sucks. More
If I could give a 0 score I would, this company is full of cheaters and liars. They are very good at the bait and switch They will find the finance company that they will make the most money they can off of cheaters and liars. They are very good at the bait and switch They will find the finance company that they will make the most money they can off of you, and don’t expect to see the person you made the appointment with. This business is a scam! Speaking from the worst experience of my life! Buyer beware!! More
My wife and I bought a 2019 blazer and we have not received paperwork and we have had this new car for 2 weeks. They lost the registration for our trade in. Post oak wants us to get a new registration received paperwork and we have had this new car for 2 weeks. They lost the registration for our trade in. Post oak wants us to get a new registration or the tittle for the trade when the registration paperwork was in the glove box when we dropped it off.since we had a loan on the trade we didn’t have the tittle for the vehicle and it would need to be payed off to receive it. And We signed saying we don’t want any of the dealership oil changes or anything that they wanted to offer. Just got off the phone with the loan company asking about what all is wrapped into this loan. We were wondering why the dealership keeps calling us about financing paperwork we need to sign but the loan company said the loan was finalized but they maxed out the loan with GAP,anti-theft,and environmental. I just want to give a shout-out to Octavion for helping us purchase our new Camry. We felt no pressure, and he was helpful from the time we looked at the cars until we drove it off the lot.
