I waited 3 hrs for an oil change while 5 cars came in after me and were taken straight to the bay. I had a 9 am appointment and I left the dealership at 12 noon and then only because I complained. I was told they were short handed but like I told him, you weren't too short handed to take 5 cars that came in after me and left before my car was even put into the bay! More
