We bought a vehicle with an extended warranty on this dealership. The sale was smooth, but we needed the warranty, because the unit broke down. They have had the unit over a month, changing the date ever dealership. The sale was smooth, but we needed the warranty, because the unit broke down. They have had the unit over a month, changing the date every two days. When we call, they hung up the phone, or say they will call back and they never do. We are still waiting for them to give us the diagnostic or to fix the unit. We only have a spare vehicle for a week (per the warranty) so we have lost several medical appointments. Service has left us in the dark. Please be aware of it. Terrible service. More

You decided to take my Pacifica here after taking it to a different dealership for years. Man I sure do wish I would have came here sooner. You should not be pricing people out of repairs. I understand that parts and labor do cost money. However, the amount that I was quoted for my repairs was astronomical compared to competitors.
