Communication was horrible, they failed to keep me informed of the status of the repair of my vehicle. My Service representative was horrible at returning phone calls. They did not conduct a thorough informed of the status of the repair of my vehicle. My Service representative was horrible at returning phone calls. They did not conduct a thorough check after the repair was completed to insure everything was in order, no remaining check engine light still on! Even though the responsibility falls on me to submit a claim to my insurance company, they could have at least sent the proper invoice to the company on my behalf. More
