He was friendly and answered all my 100 questions i had. Mitchell helped with something under my hood as well. Both were so great and helpful and they are two of the reasons i love going there. Yes, you heard correct "LOOSE WHEEL LUG NUTS". If you do business with this place after reading this you are asking for trouble. More

Program Key Fob I had purchased some Key Fobs from Amazon. He said well we charge everyone for shop supplies even if we don't use them Big RIPOFF this place is Labor $58.54 Shop supplies $6.78 and tax $4.58 Total $69.90 When in reality it should have been $Labor $58.54 Tax $4.10 for total of $ 62.64. I don't mind paying for stuff that I use but I don't like being stolen from by a bunch of thieves . Oh while I was waiting a service guy came in and told a customer he needed a new air filter. Pick up the dam phone had my Jeep Patriot towed to Posner Park Chrysler on a Friday. Service technician told me on the phone they would look at my car later on in the day. had my Jeep Patriot towed to Posner Park Chrysler on a Friday. I called several times on Saturday and nobody would answer the left multiple messages an no return finally called call center and explained everything that nobody would return my call. The call center was able to get a hold of somebody and connected my call the receptionist explain to me that the service department was busy and that if I wanted to know the status of my vehicle I needed to go there in person . On Saturday I arrived at Pozner Chrysler spoke to the service manager here shortly that I would hear from them on on Monday I did receive a phone call from Emory explaining to me what was wrong with my car before the conversation ended he informed me that another vehicle that hit my car I went back to Pozner Park on Monday to look at the damage I had a few questions to ask my first question was I told my vehicle to Pozner Park the tow company told me that it would be $125 to tow my car and I was to pay the driver before they took my car the driver informed me that Pozner Park would pay for the towing and just added to the total price to fix my car so on Monday when I asked them how much they charged for towing they told me they charged $150 I asked why the tow company had a different price I told them I will call the tow company to find out what was going on then they decided to take $50 off the towing bill which brought it back down to $125 I then got my bill which was $1085 and paid for it before the vehicle is fixed I made it abundantly clear that nobody is to work on the body of the car until they speak to my husband or myself I I also explained to them that I was I have no Bondow or any type of filler added to my car emery ashored me that they would call me before they Took my car to the body shop due to damages that occurred while sitting in their parking lot I had my heard anything from ponser iChrysler for four days so I decided to call them again no answer I then intern called the call center they were finally able to get a hold of somebody and I was informed that Posner Chrysler decided to bring my car to an auto body shop and have them put Bondow on my car I tried to contact Pozner Chrysler and again nobody would return my call the receptionist gave me the owner's voicemail I left three polite messages for him to return my call he has yet or not does anybody from Chrysler return my call I will never recommend this place to anybody I hope Pozner reads this and somebody reaches out to me but it's very doubtful they will since they don't even return any phone calls More

Then the oil change began but took almost 40 minutes. I decline the tire rotation, but I guess they still check the air filter - when I drove away the engine was louder than normal -- I thought, they only did an oil change how could they make the engine louder?? then I pulled over and sure enough the engine air filter cover had been left open. I closed it up and carried on. If you are in no hurry, not on a budget, and don't mind correcting their mistakes then you are in luck! More
