Left me hanging car for over a week I brought my car on Friday and I always work with Jose and this is at 10 in the morning he said he would call me back to let me know what's going on w I brought my car on Friday and I always work with Jose and this is at 10 in the morning he said he would call me back to let me know what's going on with the car and it's extented warranty. he calls me at 3:59 pm when the dealership closes at 4 to tell me that the extended warranty company wouldn't cover my radiator to call Fidelity and call him right back and let him know what they said. so I called him right back to tell him they were close he was gone knowing that Fidelity was closed and he was closing and leaving before I called Fidelity I had asked him how much would it cost for them to fix it and he told me $1,400 to replace a radiator which is highway robbery. when I went to pick up my car on Saturday afternoon they did not want to give me my car I was there over an hour trying to get my car they didn't want to give me my car I want them to tow it to my house so did General Manager Cesar told me he would help me and he had a place where I can take the car and get it fixed for a great price and to leave the car with him so I did I didn't get my car until Friday because nobody called me back Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday or Friday I showed up and took my car. the only person that had any Common Sense there was a Salesman Wilfredo who sold me the car he was the only positive light I saw that whole week without a car. I've only had the car for going on 10 months that's it but an extended warranty that doesn't cover radiator but covers air conditioning so something that helps the car function doesn't get fixed or something that doesn't make the car function gets fixed I don't understand it but it is what it is, very very disappointed in them. Recommend them to anyone More

Great Service! I brought my wife's 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for a new battery. Michael had the battery charged and tested and informed me that it did not need replaceme I brought my wife's 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for a new battery. Michael had the battery charged and tested and informed me that it did not need replacement. Later that same day, Michael handled an emergency tire replacement for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee with speed, cheerfulness and competence. He had me back on the road in no time. We purchased our Jeeps from Posner four years ago, and have had consistently excellent service over all those years. Highly recommended! More

Tried to rip me off I brought my Jeep Compass in to service to have it checked because it seemed to be running loud. The service department checked it out and told me I I brought my Jeep Compass in to service to have it checked because it seemed to be running loud. The service department checked it out and told me I needed to replace the wheel bearing on all 4 wheels and quoted me a cost of almost $2000. I went to another AAA certified location and had it checked. they told me I did need to replace wheel bearings but only on 1 wheel and the cost, with my AAA discount, would be about $242, I'm done with Posner Park service and most likely sales. After complaining about the number of times I had to bring the car in for repairs, three time in seven months and further discussions with the General Manager the price was reduced to $250.00. Obviously pleased with cost reduction, I am grateful to my primary service technician, Mike and the General Manager. Anger has subsided and pleased with the attention and service provided. More
