Quality Service and Friendly Staff Took my Pacifica Hybrid in for oil change, tire rotation and to take care of a recall notification. All was handled within 90 minutes. Poor Service Dept customer service. STAY AWAY! 2003 Ram 2500 rattling when clutch engaged. Posner Service Dept estimate $2,000. They replaced the clutch and all related bearings 21,000 miles ago! T 2003 Ram 2500 rattling when clutch engaged. Posner Service Dept estimate $2,000. They replaced the clutch and all related bearings 21,000 miles ago! The truck only has 95,250 miles total on it. Only two possibilities, bad parts or bad labor. Either way, the customer should not have to pay twice for the same job within 21,000 miles, even after five years. This truck has not sat idle. I use it regularly, just not very many miles. I expect to pay something, but not the full amount again after only 21,000 miles. Technician and Service Advisor were nice, they don’t have anything to do with adjusting the price. That is the managers job, Arsenio, who was not pleasant to speak to and offered nothing, he only expects me to pay the full amount for a second time for the same job. He didn’t even offer to supply new parts at his cost, which would cost him nothing out of pocket, or to reduce the labor costs at all. No help and with a poor attitude. Terrible customer service. After reading all the other bad reviews about him and this service dept, I don’t know how he keeps his job. I will do the job myself or have another shop do it. I’m never going to Posner Dodge for service or to buy a new vehicle. I have always brought my vehicles to dealers because mostly you can trust them because they usually care about their reputation. Posner Dodge obviously does not care about their reputation or their customers. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one is they did waive the diagnostic fee because they know that this situation is not right and they don’t really believe I should have to pay full price again for the same work. Not a very good reflection on Dodge either. I may have to look at Ford and Chevy for my next truck. More

Mechanics Destroyed My Car This is the worst place to get your vehicle FIXED. I have told my 5,000+ followers on social media DO NOT GO HERE . The customer servicer manager is unprofessional and a liar! I brought my car in to be fixed because of leaking water. I need a drivable car for work! They did a diagnostic and said the ONLY thing wrong was a radiator for $994. They said they fixed it, wrong. Drove my car home and it was smoking, called and they said DRIVE it back they would not tow it! I drove it and my car caught on fire, almost died from oncoming traffic, sheriffs helped me push it off the road. Had it towed and paid out of pocket. 2nd diagnostic, they said the hose broke because Chryler sent them a faulty part, they didnt admit to not fixing it correctly the 1st time. The 2nd diagnostic, the NEW problem was a water pump, timing belt, and a bunch of new parts! They said they fixed it. I drove it home and my car caught on 🔥 fire again!! I had to have it towed home because Arsenio said they will not FIX my vehicle unless I pay more $$. I got a 2nd mechanic look at the vehicle from somewhere else and I was told the hose they replaced the 1st time messed up my entire car! They keep changing their story of what's wrong because they cant admit that they did NOT fix my vehicle. When I texted Arsenio he lied to me and told me NOW my car has electrical problems, but I had 2 diagnostics from them and 1 from someone else and there is NO written estimate that says that. It doesnt explain why my car has been smoking and caught on 🔥 fire twice since they "FIXED" my vehicle! I've have had loss of wages! Oh and let me mention that I told them United Way was paying them to fix my vehicle completely so I can get to work to feed my family and I just graduated college. So basically they ripped of the nice charity and gave me back my car more broken, worse then I originally was!! The charity would not waste their funds to fix a few parts and the vehicle NOT drive to work! Oh let me mention they also ripped my alarm and NOW it doesnt work. THIS PLACE IS #1 WORST AND THE MEANEST SERVICE MANAGER EVER! I will upload all pictures, videos to this site. Its already on Facebook Live of my horrible experience. My followers listen to me too. The pictures are of the 1st time they said they "fixed " my vehicle, as you can see the hose is completely off. The other picture is my car smoking. More

Left me hanging car for over a week I brought my car on Friday and I always work with Jose and this is at 10 in the morning he said he would call me back to let me know what's going on w I brought my car on Friday and I always work with Jose and this is at 10 in the morning he said he would call me back to let me know what's going on with the car and it's extented warranty. he calls me at 3:59 pm when the dealership closes at 4 to tell me that the extended warranty company wouldn't cover my radiator to call Fidelity and call him right back and let him know what they said. so I called him right back to tell him they were close he was gone knowing that Fidelity was closed and he was closing and leaving before I called Fidelity I had asked him how much would it cost for them to fix it and he told me $1,400 to replace a radiator which is highway robbery. when I went to pick up my car on Saturday afternoon they did not want to give me my car I was there over an hour trying to get my car they didn't want to give me my car I want them to tow it to my house so did General Manager Cesar told me he would help me and he had a place where I can take the car and get it fixed for a great price and to leave the car with him so I did I didn't get my car until Friday because nobody called me back Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday or Friday I showed up and took my car. the only person that had any Common Sense there was a Salesman Wilfredo who sold me the car he was the only positive light I saw that whole week without a car. I've only had the car for going on 10 months that's it but an extended warranty that doesn't cover radiator but covers air conditioning so something that helps the car function doesn't get fixed or something that doesn't make the car function gets fixed I don't understand it but it is what it is, very very disappointed in them. Recommend them to anyone More
