A slow leak tire fix turned into a 3. 5 hour ordeal and then was told it couldn’t be repaired and we needed to get a new tire. They promise you when service is needed they will come pick it up and bring a Wagoneer for me to use while they are servicing my vehicle. We’ll make it as convenient for you as possible. But when the time comes and you’re sitting one hour, two hours, three hours, four hours later, and nothing. I am livid and the general manager Paul Steel won’t even take the time to pick up the phone and speak with you. That’s pretty pretty sad. And when the service manager Eddie Kent is a complete and utter jerk, and doesn’t seem to understand why you’re completely and utterly frustrated when the car has been scheduled since Thursday and they have had no communication with and you’re calling them on Monday morning until after 11 o’clock and they still tell you, “we have other customers”. I don’t fault them on having other customers. The problem is they had information that they were not willing to share and to communicate to their customer that they were not going to be able to meet the needs they promised originally and now I’m they one sitting and inconvenienced. It’s just bad customer service. Now we are having to be inconvenienced our self for a second day because this crappy dealership can’t do what they promised. I can not recommend anyone to use them in good faith. It’s very sad at this point. I love my Wagoneer and I am beyond frustrated. DO NOT use this dealership to buy a vehicle. More

Please read all the reviews about this dealer before you go . i made a mistake and did not check them out first . My interaction was with the service department . I went in for a simple oil change and was t go . i made a mistake and did not check them out first . My interaction was with the service department . I went in for a simple oil change and was told i need brakes , they were so pushy to say i should not even drive my car home with out replacing the rear pads . my fault over the phone i agreed . i later find out they charge double the normal retail price . I pick up my car and drive home , then out to dinner that night . When i got back home and parked in the garage i could smell something burning . the right rear brake disc was glowing red with a crazy amount of heat .the next morning i went to the dealer and dropped it off for them to check it. they called me and said i need new rear brake calipers and my new charge would be just over $500 . When i picked up my car i asked to see the old parts and they said they already sent them back for a core charge , i have found out that was a lie, seemed odd to me that i dropped it off on a friday and picked it up on monday and the parts were not there . i should have pushed more to see them . i have since been to another dealer than explained what they did to me . they just pushed the dirty brake piston back into the caliper when they installed the new pads . this caused the brake piston to stick and brakes drag . i was told this could have been much worse , my car could have caught fire because of the brakes getting so hot . i went back to Posner Park Chrysler to talk to them and see if there was any help. this is where i found out how truly horrible this dealer is . When i start asking questions and have good information the manager started raising his voice calling me stupid and i have no idea what im talking about . he said that this stuff happens when you install new pads . there were no notes on my work order about a potential brake problem after installing new pads , I asked why would you send someone down the road knowing that there brakes no have a good chance of dragging ? this is where he asked me to leave . i never raised my voice or caused any disturbance but i asked more questions . The service manager then would not answer and said if i don't leave he will have me arrested for trespassing . this is the way you are treated at this dealer . xtra info : my car has 45000 miles and is a 2019 , the rear brake pad are $70 for 2 calipers, OEM Original on line .They charged me $120. The brake calipers new OEM Original are $100 , they charged me $250 each . I now need a new rotor because it go so hot and warped . they sent me out with this and never said anything . PLEASE DON'T GO HERE ! you may have one or two ok visits like me but its just a matter of time before they get you like me . More
