Easy purchase but I had to make an appointment to have the included received hitch installed after I purchased the vehicle. I live 75 miles from the dealership, and the installation is 4 hours. I ordered a Maverick through Portsmouth Ford despite the fact that they were not my closest Ford dealer. They were the one dealer to explain the order process and make it easy to do so. It did take about 9 months for the truck to be built, during which time they checked in to see if I was still interested. When it was finally built and then shipped, they checked again to make sure I still wanted it. I arrived at the dealership having never driven nor sat in the Maverick. All my research had been done online. Absolutely love the truck and through the ordering process I got exactly what I wanted, nothing more and nothing less. The price quoted to me when I ordered it was exactly the same on the check that I provided. Not sure how many cars I need to buy in the future, but I would absolutely think about the order process as my first choice, and if the vehicle were a Ford, Portsmouth Ford would also be my first choice for their "no hassle" buying process.
