My experience with Portsmouth Ford was very disappointing. I chose a car, they took the title to my car and told me they’d have the title for the care I was buying in a couple days. When I ca disappointing. I chose a car, they took the title to my car and told me they’d have the title for the care I was buying in a couple days. When I call a few days later they said it would be another month before they could get the title. so they had this car on the lot for a month, showing it to people and literally sold it to me but couldn’t provide the title. Then why show the car? Or tell people up front they you don’t have the title and won’t have it for at least a month. I think that is very sketchy sales practices. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
