Service department sucks. This is just one example of many. Charge $20.00 to rotate tires and after leaving dealership message center in truck reads low tire pressure. Unprofessional and not helpful. They quickly blame matters on the client. The fact they exist as a dealer is disgusting. Their techs ruined a drain plug by running an impact the wrong way and blamed i matters on the client. The fact they exist as a dealer is disgusting. This was not the case, it did need a new plug, certainly not a $1300 drain plug. They wouldn't assist with any of it, they then decided to spam my email with promotions stating I bought the truck from them. Which I did not. I had brought a different truck from them that they quickly ran from when at 23,000 miles the front end let go and had to get towed to a dealer. More

I came in with the intent of test driving a Ford, Chevy and Dodge. I was able to look at the investors without being harassed by “car salesmen”. When I found one I liked, I went in and met Bill.
