I greatly appreciate your response. After getting $1956.53 (hard earned money I used) dollars of work done, and asking Will to please have them check my tire psi, you all still didn’t. I’ve had to reach out to Portsmouth Key Chevrolet before when I took my vehicle in the first time because my engine light kept coming on AFTER you all worked on it — I appreciate the free oil change, but now this small request I asked for after spending close to $2k dollars got overlooked does not make me feel you all appreciate my business to be truthful. Reaching out to you should not have to be the course of action because all work completed on my car and all my request, which was just one — check my tire psi — should have been completed the first time (seems you all think I have time to keep going back to your dealership — shows a lack of respect for my time). I work very hard and am very busy, this review and having to reach back out again takes time away from other important commitments. I drove away from the dealership with 17 psi in my right rear tire that day, and now for some unknown reason psi drops daily into the teens, so everyday I have to use my 12v air compressor to fill it up again, and this was not the case before I took it in. Now that you all are closed on the weekends am having to look elsewhere to have this tire checked with an already tight budget. Couldn’t take it in yesterday because I was working out of town as my vehicle is my office most of the days. Please consult w/ your advising team and technicians that when a customer has a small request (asking them to check my tire psi is small I’d assume) they get it completed. Thank you.
