The service manager was top notch but the mechanic who worked on my truck sucks. Check engine light came on after being worked on. Not wanting to pay another diagnostic fee, I crawled under my truck and l worked on my truck sucks. Check engine light came on after being worked on. Not wanting to pay another diagnostic fee, I crawled under my truck and looked to see if I could notice anything. Guess what? There was a sensor disconnected. Plugged it in and cleared the code what a surprise all is well with my truck. I would not recommend having any vehicle repaired or even looked at by Portsmouth Chevrolet. Oh sure I could have gone there and voiced my displeasure. Three weeks of having my truck and I have to fix something after a repair? No thanks More
