Had my AC repaired in my 1998 GMC pickup last month. Turns out my poor old lady truck couldn't handle the repair and the other main component of my AC system broke. Not surprising to me. I called on a Friday for an appointment & Ben in service got my truck in the following Tuesday. He called with info about needed repairs and I approved them. We left my truck overnight there and at my request they very kindly kept my truck safely garaged overnight. It was all done by the next afternoon. The AC now works awesome!! And I am so happy that they kept my truck safe and secure overnight. This meant more to me than they will ever realize! This truck was my Dad's. I have had it since he passed away so there are alot of happy feelings I have for my truck. Ben's sensitivity to my feelings about my truck can't be taught...it is part of a person's being. Thank you so much!! More
