They never called me with updates. Parts they ordered "overnight" came in one week later, and without all the required wiring (requiring me to wait even longer for my car). No estimates given, though re "overnight" came in one week later, and without all the required wiring (requiring me to wait even longer for my car). No estimates given, though requested. Not friendly. Again, they NEVER CALLED ME TO COMMUNICATE - or even seem worried that my car has been there 3 weeks and still not fixed. No offer of loaner cars or anything. More
