First service was incomplete, ineffective, and expensive. The second service after doing what was suggested by the first service, to put on new tires, caused a different but a similar problem with wheels. The proposed cost to maybe fix the problem would be an additional several hundred dollars and a third time for service. Fool me once? I sold the vehicle, which I liked, and would not recommend your service to anyone. More

The new young lady was great but the service manager tried to charge me $1082.19 to change my filter and fluid in my transmission 2021 2.7 Silverado. GM says it’s a 1 to 1.5 hour job I also called two o tried to charge me $1082.19 to change my filter and fluid in my transmission 2021 2.7 Silverado. GM says it’s a 1 to 1.5 hour job I also called two other Chevy dealerships and they both quoted me under $250.00 I hope that other people haven’t been charged more than 4 times it should have cost. Hopefully they will see my public post and go back in and see why they have been overcharged!!!! More
