My first service at Portsmouth Chevrolet, for an oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation went extremely well. I was greeted by Ben shortly after driving my 2023 Traverse into the service bay. He was extremely considerate as he wrote up my work order and helped me retrieve my GM rewards number to use for payment. Then he directed me to the service waiting area where I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee while the work was being done on my vehicle. What seemed like a short time later Ben came walking into the waiting area lounge with the completed paperwork from my needed service. A short and sweet visit! Kudos to Ben!
