Great sales HORRIBLE service I purchased a 2017 Equinox recently. The purchase experience went well just make sure they calculate the sales tax correctly. I had my car for 2 weeks and the drivers side window got stuck down. When It happened it was a Sunday afternoon so of course service was closed but since it was 10 degrees out I thought maybe someone could help me. I literally got from a sales person lady I don't know what to tell you I'm not a tech. I called back and got someone else who was nice enough to let me bring the car down and leave it there and provide me with a loaner (but I had to ask). I pick up my car the next day and I get in and all around the window is scratched up and had digs! I go back in (mind you I had my 2 year old with me) and told her about the damage. She looks and goes oh yeah I will have to order a door panel. I get a call that the part is in. After a little phone tag I speak to a Paul. When I asked him how come no one mentioned it and I had to find it myself?! It was a brand new car and I am now having to go back for service for a SECOND time! He says no idea all I can say is sorry. That is not acceptable! No that's not how it happened here normally I will look into it just what do you want me to say!! I can only hope they fix this correctly so I will never have to go back again! I have it 3 stars because Jim the sales guy was great! More

Great Experience All Around I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander here. I was a little skeptical since it was my first time purchasing a Toyota outside of a Toyota dealer and I a I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander here. I was a little skeptical since it was my first time purchasing a Toyota outside of a Toyota dealer and I am woman. The sales person was excellent and treated me with respect and professionalism. I had my financing already in place with my own bank and the finance team was able to communicate with them quickly and easily. The vehicle had a chip in the windshield which they replaced at no cost to me and scheduled the repair at a convenient time for me. Overall I was impressed with the customer service and their ability to get me in my new vehicle quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will do business with them again! More

I called the sales manager Chris (who up until this point was absolutely fantastic) and he said I have 2 choices: Drive 2 hours to have us fix it or since you live so far away get it fixed and we will take care of the bill. So I brought it to a Chevy dealership near me. The price to fix $737, and I sent over the bill. That was close to 4 months ago, since then nothing. Now the story that Chris told GM was: Get a quote and we will see what we can do. NO CHRIS, that's not what you told me. Read more reviews on yelp and you still start to see a theme. All I want is the money you promised me. Chris contends that the bill was too much. So basically what they are saying is: the CHEVROLET dealership I brought it to took me for a ride and they should not have to pay for it. Up next: The attorney general for the state of New Hampshire. Don't shop here. More

Beware Of The Shiny Presentation Beware of the dealership. They are very friendly on the front end, but play all sorts of sleazy car dealer tricks. From spot deliveries without having financing (then approaching you weeks later for higher payments), to selling used cars as new, Lying about your financing company insisting you purchase extended warranties to get financing, etc. This is truly the worst car buying experience I ever had. When they were approached with these facts and emails from them, they became belligerent, threatening, and even threatened to take a car back that was already paid for. These are truly the worst predators and bring new meaning to a wolf in sheep's clothing. More

Pricing is very fair and have a huge selection of new and used vehicles. I have dealt with Jim Delia in sales with 5 out of the 6 vehicles I have purchased in the last 3+ yrs... Jim is laid back and let's you decide what you want and what makes the most financial sense or practical sense for yourself. If guidance is needed Jim is very informative on the financial side as well as general car/truck knowledge. It's pretty much like seeing a good friend when I get to the dealership to buy a vehicle. Of course John Leonardi in sales is a great guy and very resourcefull in financing as well as sales. Jay Ken and Tyler in finance have always taken care of me Like stated previously I myself have purchased 6 vehicles over the yrs, my wife has purchased her equinox at ports Chevy and I have referred dozens of friends and family and not once have I heard any negative feedback More

I purchased a used vehicle from them over two weeks ago, alas I still have not taken ownership of the vehicle. I have gotten a constant run around regarding their inspection service and their inability to get the the parts needed to certify the vehicle. None of this was mentioned when they accepted and ultimately cashed the check I gave them. I can understand mechanical and service related hangups but I receive NO communication from the sales or service staff unless I initiate it. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT More
