Most unprofessional service department So at 12,000 miles my 2014 Silverado had a horrible whining noise when I would turn the wheel. so after diagnosing it with a mechanic at a different So at 12,000 miles my 2014 Silverado had a horrible whining noise when I would turn the wheel. so after diagnosing it with a mechanic at a different shop we came to find out it was a lower ball joint. After bringing it to Portsmouth Chevy the FIRST time they said they couldn't hear the noise ... Ok so when it was so obnoxious I called Peter in service so he could hear it on speaker phone he said ok bring it in. After telling him exactly what the problem was (lower ball joint) he has the mechanic put an upper control arm in.. So after a couple days the noise comes back I asked why they did the upper control arm not the lower ball joint he gets all mad at me and blames it on my leveling kit (which does not void warranty) and proceeds to tell me they never should have touched it. After this I got so mad and call the service manager he asked if I had a lift kit I said no I have a leveling kit. Ok fine bring it in he says. So my THIRD time now driving 45 minutes away to the dealer they bring me to get a rental car and don't tell me I need a credit card to have this rental car and I had to have a friend come pick me up (with his ford) so after finally getting my truck back it was the lower ball joint! He covered it under warranty thankfully but says they shouldn't have. Now at 30,000 Miles the other side just went . Obviously I'm not bringing it to those xxx hats so they can insult me. Instead I brought it to banks in concord and they treated me like gold did my ball joint ,alignment , tire rotation all free of charge with NO accusations of what the problem was caused by. Great people down there at banks and I will be back there for any future repairs. Do not, I repeat DO NOT waste your time with Portsmouth Chevy. You will just get hassled and insulted. More

I got a fantastic rate and payments less than I had on the vehicle I traded in. It literally was painless. If you havent been there take the time to do so. I had my car for 2 weeks and the drivers side window got stuck down. When It happened it was a Sunday afternoon so of course service was closed but since it was 10 degrees out I thought maybe someone could help me. I literally got from a sales person lady I don't know what to tell you I'm not a tech. I called back and got someone else who was nice enough to let me bring the car down and leave it there and provide me with a loaner (but I had to ask). I pick up my car the next day and I get in and all around the window is scratched up and had digs! I go back in (mind you I had my 2 year old with me) and told her about the damage. She looks and goes oh yeah I will have to order a door panel. I get a call that the part is in. After a little phone tag I speak to a Paul. When I asked him how come no one mentioned it and I had to find it myself?! It was a brand new car and I am now having to go back for service for a SECOND time! He says no idea all I can say is sorry. That is not acceptable! No that's not how it happened here normally I will look into it just what do you want me to say!! I can only hope they fix this correctly so I will never have to go back again! I have it 3 stars because Jim the sales guy was great! More

Great Experience All Around I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander here. I was a little skeptical since it was my first time purchasing a Toyota outside of a Toyota dealer and I a I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander here. I was a little skeptical since it was my first time purchasing a Toyota outside of a Toyota dealer and I am woman. The sales person was excellent and treated me with respect and professionalism. I had my financing already in place with my own bank and the finance team was able to communicate with them quickly and easily. The vehicle had a chip in the windshield which they replaced at no cost to me and scheduled the repair at a convenient time for me. Overall I was impressed with the customer service and their ability to get me in my new vehicle quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will do business with them again! More
They lied to me They lied, plain and simple I bought a used Suburban and when I got home it was leaking brake fluid. (Great inspection huh?) I called the sales manager Chris (who up until this point was absolutely fantastic) and he said I have 2 choices: Drive 2 hours to have us fix it or since you live so far away get it fixed and we will take care of the bill. So I brought it to a Chevy dealership near me. The price to fix $737, and I sent over the bill. That was close to 4 months ago, since then nothing. Now the story that Chris told GM was: Get a quote and we will see what we can do. NO CHRIS, that's not what you told me. Read more reviews on yelp and you still start to see a theme. All I want is the money you promised me. Chris contends that the bill was too much. So basically what they are saying is: the CHEVROLET dealership I brought it to took me for a ride and they should not have to pay for it. Up next: The attorney general for the state of New Hampshire.
